      Enriched Flour Bleached (wheat Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Corn Starch, Leavening (baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Dextrose, Vegetable Oil (palm, Sunflower, Canola, And/or High Oleic Soybean Oil), Sugar, Salt, Monoglycerides.

      Classic Recipes: Classic pancakes or waffles: 2 cups Original Bisquick Baking Mix, 2 cups original bisquick baking mix. 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 eggs. 1. Stir ingredients until blended. Pancake steps: Makes 14 pancakes. 2. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. 3. Cook until edges are dry; about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook 1 minute 30 seconds or until golden. waffle steps: Makes 8 (4-inch) waffles. 2. Pour onto center of hot greased waffle maker; close lid. 3. Bake about 5 min or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. For thinner pancakes, increase milk to 1-1/3 cups. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. The Ultimate Pancake Just add the following ingredients to Step 1 of our Classic Pancakes recipe. 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Our most delicious pancake ever! Classic Biscuits: Makes 8 biscuits 2 cups Original Bisquick Baking Mix, 2/3 cup milk, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. 2. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. 3. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Sausage-Cheese Balls: 3 cups Original Bisquick Baking Mix 1 lb uncooked bulk pork sausage. 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup milk. 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed. 1-1/2 Teaspoons chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes. Barbecue sauce or chili sauce, if desired. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease bottom and sides of 2 rimmed 15x10x1-inch baking pans. 2. In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except barbecue sauce, using hands or spoon. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place 1/2 inch apart on pans. 3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, rotating pans halfway through bake time, until brown. Immediately remove from pan; transfer to serving platter. Serve warm with sauce for dipping. About 8-1/2 dozen sausage-cheese balls. Strawberry Shortcakes: 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries. 1/4 cup sugar. 2-1/3 cups Original Bisquick Baking Mix. 2/3 cup milk. 3 tablespoons sugar. 3 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted. 1/2 Cup whipping cream 1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. In large bowl, mix strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar; set aside. 2. In medium bowl, stir Original Bisquick Baking Mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and the butter until soft dough forms. On ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by 6 spoonfuls. 3. Bake 16 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. 4. Split warm shortcakes; fill and top with strawberries and whipped cream. 6 Servings. To Measure Bisquick Mix: Spoon into dry-ingredient measuring cup; level with knife.
