      Rice, Red Beans, Salt, Sugar, Onions, Tomatoes*, Natural Flavor, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Green Bell Pepper*, Red Bell Pepper*, Oregano, Garlic, Paprika (color), Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Cayenne Red Pepper, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Ferric Orthophosphate, Cumin, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Niacinamide, Chicken Fat, Caramel Color, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Sweetened Condensed Milk (milk, Sugar), Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid.

      Preferred Method Rice Range Top Directions: What You Need: 1 tablespoon butter or margarine. 2 cups water. (1) In a medium saucepan, bring water, butter or margarine, rice-bean mix, and Special Seasonings to a boil; reduce heat to low. (2) Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Rice will be saucy. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. For spicier red beans & rice; sprinkle with dash of pepper sauce. About 2 cups prepared. Enjoy! Microwave Directions: In 2-quart microwaveable bowl, combine rice-bean mix, special seasonings, 2-1/3 cups water, and 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine. Cover; microwave at high 22-25 minutes or until rice is tender. Rice will be saucy. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Less Fat Directions: Follow range top or microwave directions, except omit butter. Fat reduced to 1g from 5g per serving. Saturated fat reduced to 0.5g from 1g per serving.
