This flash frozen mixed vegetables include a classic blend of corn, carrots, cut green beans and peas, specially selected to provide you and your family with quality vegetables. Your family deserves the best when it comes to eating vegetables, that’s why there are no artificial preservatives, flavors or colors added. Enjoy this vegetable medley as a side dish at dinnertime, or incorporate the mixed veggies into your favorite recipes. Cooking the mixed frozen vegetables is simple in less than 10 minutes; prepare it on the stove or in the microwave. Keep the 16 ounce bag of vegetable mix fresh in the freezer until ready to enjoy. It’s good to eat vegetables, so Birds Eye makes vegetables good to eat.

      Cook thoroughly. Cook thoroughly - See cooking instructions. Stovetop Cooking Instructions: Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart non-stick saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water. (For half bag add 1/4 cup water.) 2. Bring water to a boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium-high. 3. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. (For half bag, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.) 4. Drain and serve. Microwave Cooking Instructions: 1. Empty half or all frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 3 1/2 minutes for half bag; stir halfway through cooking. (6 1/2 minutes for full bag.) (per 1200 watt microwave). 3. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes after cooking (stand time is important for food safety). 4. Drain and serve. For food safety & quality follow these instructions carefully: Keep frozen - do not thaw. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. Promptly refrigerate any leftovers. Reheat before serving. For microwave ovens less than 800 watts, please use stovetop cooking instructions.
