      Potatoes**, Cheese Blend** (whey [milk], Semisoft Cheese [milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes], Buttermilk Solids, Salt, Butter [milk], Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Phosphate, Lactic Acid, Enzyme Modified Butteroil), Potato Starch, Onions**, Green Onions**, Sour Cream** (cultured Cream, Nonfat Milk), Contains Less Than 2% Of: Chives**, Sodium Bisulfite (sulfites).

      Directions

      You Will Need…

      ½ Lb. Bacon, Diced

      2 ½ Cups Peeled, Diced Potatoes (About 6 Medium)

      1 Carton (32 Oz.) Swanson® Chicken Broth

      1 1/2 Cups Water

      1 Pouch Swanson® Homemade Soup Maker Soup Mix

      1 Cup Heavy Cream

      ½-1 Tsp. Salt (Optional)

      To Prepare…

      1. Cook The Bacon In A 4-Qt. Saucepan Over Medium Heat Until Crisp. Pour Off Fat, Drain The Bacon And Crumble. Return Half The Bacon To The Saucepan And Reserve The Rest For Garnish.

      2. Add The Diced Potatoes, Broth, Water And Soup Mix To The Saucepan And Heat To A Boil. Reduce The Heat To Low, Cover And Simmer Until The Potatoes Are Tender, About 30 Min. Stir In The Cream And Cook Until Hot But Take Care Not To Boil. Season With The Salt. Top With The Reserved Bacon And, If Desired, Cheese And Green Onion Or Chives.
